A woman who was detained by police after carrying her 5-year-old son onto Route 15 told authorities she had just smoked ice and “went crazy,” according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in Superior Court of Guam.

The man told police that Mangarero was eating barbecue chicken with friends and family when she suddenly said, “They are feeding me human meat!” documents state. Mangarero then took the boy and ran out to Route 15, and the man followed her, trying to convince her to stay off the road, documents state.
