LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) – An 8-year-old Livingston County girl is safe after authorities said she was abducted by her non-custodial father Friday, March 25.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says Corey Cowan, 32, was taken into custody in Ledbetter.
He is charged with one count of kidnapping, one count of custodial interference, one count of assault 4th degree and one count of possession of marijuana less than 8 ounces.
Cowan was booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Livingston County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Kentucky State Police.
