Law360 (July 19, 2021, 5:22 PM EDT) — Thousands of former Corinthian College students are poised to have their tuition loans discharged after the Biden administration moved to drop an appeal in a Trump-era case centered on the bankrupt school.During a hearing Monday in Boston federal court, attorneys for the students and the U.S. Department of Education told U.S. District Judge Leo T. Sorokin that the government filed a motion on July 15 to dismiss its First Circuit appeal of the lower court’s decision granting relief. Once that unopposed motion is presumably allowed by the appeals court, the DOE will have to comply with Judge Sorokin’s June 2020…
