A Rockcastle County man accused of soliciting a minor for sex and distributing child pornography has been indicted on 13 criminal charges, according to the office of Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear.
Benjamin M. Reeves, 26, of Brodhead is facing four counts of soliciting a minor for sex, two counts of distribution of child pornography and seven counts of distribution of “obscene matter,” according to Beshear’s office. He’s being held in the Franklin County jail on a $100,000 bond.
“It is a top priority of this office to protect our children from online predators,” Beshear said in a news release. “We are proud to work with the Kentucky State Police on this case to arrest someone who is accused of attempting to solicit sex from underage children.”
