A 16-year-old boy who died when a carload of teenagers crashed in Queensland was to be a father to twins.

Brock Daniel from Bundaberg died when a car driven by an 18-year-old woman left a road near Toowoomba about 10.30pm on Monday.

Police say the car rolled several times off Dalby Cecil Plains Road.

Daniel died at the scene.

The driver, a 19-year-old male passenger and a 16-year-old female passenger escaped with non-life threatening injuries.

Dallas Bamberry, Daniel’s uncle, said the boy was “soon to be a father to his own twins”.
