As part of the investigation, a search warrant was served at a home in the 39000 block of Sundance Circle in Temecula.
“Several evidence items were seized at the location,” according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
A call to Temecula Dance Company was not immediately returned. According to his Instagram account, Saradpon is a dance choreographer.
Saradpon was booked into Southwest Detention Center and was being held in lieu of $55,000 bail.
According to John Hall, spokesman for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, Saradpon’s case was under review and no charges have been formally filed.
“The suspect is no longer in custody, so there is no immediate timeframe for making a filing decision,” Hall said.
Jail records do not indicate Saradpon’s release date.
Anyone with information related to the case is asked to call Investigator Franchville at the Southwest Sheriff’s Station: 951-696-3000. Citizens may also submit a tip using the sheriff’s Crime Tips online form.
