Travel Leaders Network (TLN) is launching a new program, Book With Confidence, a Covid-19 health and safety toolkit for advisors and their customers designed to heighten consumer confidence in travel.
Book With Confidence was unveiled during the consortium’s Bridge to the Future virtual conference on Tuesday.
Stephen McGillivray, chief marketing officer of TLN parent company Internova Travel Group, said the new program has facets for both advisors and their clients.
TLN plans to message its members, asking them to take the Book With Confidence commitment to access the program’s content. The commitment asks them to do things like familiarize themselves with the material, use the Book With Confidence logo in marketing materials and to not provide the content to advisors who haven’t agreed to the same terms.
The advisor-facing portion of Book With Confidence includes information on health and safety protocols, entry requirements at destinations and new supplier protocols.
Advisors will also have access to consumer-facing information, which McGillivray said they can share with clients at their discretion. This includes material on health and safety tips, mask reviews, packing tips, what to do upon returning home and more.
He encouraged advisors to use the Book With Confidence logo on their websites, in email signatures, on their letterhead and in physical offices if they’re working in one.
