Dr. Isaac Bogoch is an infectious diseases expert based at Toronto General Hospital who has, through the course of the pandemic, taken on a series of new titles. He has been an advisor to the NHL Players’ Association, participated in the Ontario government’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution task force, and also likely appears on your TV screen at least once a day, answering questions and combatting disinformation.In non-pandemic times, he is also a beer league defenceman and a hockey parent. And for the second time since this all began last year, Bogoch is fielding return-to-play questions from readers of The Athletic.
