Christine Lampard admits ‘all advice very welcome’ as she dives into celeb pal’s parenting book | #parenting

When it comes to parenting it seems celebrities are no different to the rest of us and often turn to their friends for help and advice.

TV presenter Christine Lampard is just one of those celebrities who has welcomed ‘all advice’ from her showbiz pal Emma Bunton who has just released a new parenting book.

The Newtownards native who gave birth to her second child Freddie in March took to Instagram to thank her Spice GIrl pal for her gift.

Christine wrote: “Can’t wait to read this @emmaleebunton all advice very welcome”, as she showcased the book on her social media.

Inside the book, entitled ‘Mama, you got this!’ mum-of-two Emma wrote a personalised message for Christine which read: “Christine, gorgeous girl! Sending you so much love always. I’m sure this book will bring back lots of memories.”

Emma has described the book as an honest first-hand account of surviving the first year of motherhood.

Addressing her readers, Emma also known as Baby Spice wrote: “You have a baby! Isn’t it amazing – and also pretty terrifying?!

“I love being a Spice Girl, but what I am proudest of is being a mum. Even though I had all the real-life girl power of the actual Spice Girls on speed-dial, my incredible partner and my mum, I had so many worries and questions I couldn’t always ask out loud. What I really, really wanted was one, easy-to-read, honest book that would give me support without judgement – that might even make me chuckle occasionally.
