Kareena Kapoor Khan’s look in the number Chandigarh Mein from the upcoming movie Good Newwz is something her fans cannot get enough of. The actress is incredibly sexy in every frame of the song and if you wonder how she managed to look this good, we have the answers.

Hint, she did not spend hours at a stretch in the gym.

Kareena’s nutrionist Rujuta Diwekar shared an extensive eight-meal diet plan in an Instagram post that the gorgeous actress followed before the shoot of the song. It is as simple as a diet chart can get and all she needed to do along with it was work out for four to five hours a week.

“Shimmer like #KareenaKapoor with this simple diet plan,” Rujuta wrote.

She then addressed the same question we all have about Kareena Kapoor’s diet.

“Every time you watch her sizzle on screen, and if you have wondered khaati kya hai, here’s what it is. The exact meal plan that she was on a week before the shoot of the song – Dila do ghar Chandigarh mein,” Rujuta added.

Kareena used to start her day with soaked black raisins with kesar (saffron), which she followed with a full-on desi breakfast of paratha and chutney.

The third meal used to comprise nariyal pani (coconut water) with a pinch of sabja seeds (basil seeds). These seeds help reduce bloating, as Rujuta’s post said.

For lunch, Kareena used to have dahi rice (curd rice) and papad, and later in the day, she would follow it by snacking on walnut and cheese for her mid meal. In the evening, she had a banana shake during her diet.

The Tashan actress could choose between khichdi and dahi (curd) or suran tikki (yam cutlet) and veg pulao for dinner. Her bedtime meal used to be either milk or a banana milkshake, which she had only if she needed to.

Kareena started to follow this diet a week before the song Chandigarh Mein was shot.

“It’s rather simple to stay in good shape if you take the sustainable route and actually eat local, seasonal and traditional (not just say it in words),” she also said.

She ended by reminding everyone that Kareena did not work out extensively in the gym. “And no, she wasn’t gymming for 10 hrs a day. So rein in your imagination. This kind of a meal plan let’s her train approx 4-5 hrs a week and gives her enough energy to work and run her home,” she wrote.

This simple diet plan for the song worked wonders for the actress! Kareena looks stunning in the number.
