For many teens, dealing with anxiety is an ongoing struggle. A new study from Canada has a positive solution: acts of kindness. Researchers studied people with social anxiety. They found that being kind to others, even something as simple as paying someone a compliment, can make people less socially anxious. By being part of a positive social interaction, anxious teens can feel less tense and more confident about future interactions.
