Indiana teacher arrested for maintaining a ‘kill list’ | #teacher | #children | #kids

An Indiana elementary school teacher is in custody after intimating to a student that she had created a “kill list” of people she planned to murder.

The list is said to have included names of fellow staff members at St. Stanislaus School in East Chicago and even some of the school’s students.

She also told this particular student that his name was at the bottom of the list, according to police.

The teacher, who has not been identified, said that she was also going to kill herself as part of the plan.

On Wednesday, after she admitted to the school’s principal that she did indeed have such a list, she was sent home, pending an investigation.

Police went to her home the following day and placed her under arrest, but official charges have yet to be filed.
