When asked by Rochelle to describe his feelings going into schools over the phone, Jared says, “Yeah, especially the middle schools, I love the middle schools and that girls are starting to ****, you know?”
The U.S. Attorney’s Office handling the Fogle case says Herman-Walrond’s information was reviewed, but was not part of the initial case. “We’re gonna have so much fun, Baby”.
When authorities raided the home of 38-year-old Jared Fogle, they uncovered evidence of child pornography and child sex abuse.
Fogle will pay $1.4 million in restitution: $100,000 for each of his 14 victims.
In the recordings, Fogle also coached Herman-Walrond – who turned the recordings over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation as they built a case against Fogle – on how to gain children’s trust, instructing her to “get to know ‘em… you know, do little touchy, feely things with them”.
He then asked, “Would you let me see your kids naked? I’d love to, like, slip a video camera in there… at the very least and watch them [children] strip down”.
Rochelle Herman-Walrond revealed that Fogle wanted to prey on her own children, asking her to hold a party with many other children there. This marked a change from previous conversations, in which Herman-Walrond talked about fictitious friends and children. “I became a broken person, to reform that relationship with my children is hard to this very day”.
Fogle, who became a Subway spokesman after shedding more than 200 pounds as a college student, in part by eating the chain’s sandwiches, started that foundation to raise awareness and money to fight childhood obesity. “So which of your kids do you think I’d like better seeing naked; your son or your daughter?”
During Friday’s interview, Herman-Walrond also recalled Fogle telling her about a trip to meet up with a six-year-old girl. “I don’t believe so, personally”, said Herman-Walrond, who called for a longer term of incarceration.
“That’s haunted me for years”, admitted the divorced mother of two.
In August, we learned the shocking truth that a familiar face on television-Jared Fogle, the Subway guy-was a pedophile who used his wealth, status, and secrecy to exploit kids.
Ronald Elberger, a lawyer for Fogle, declined to discuss the tapes that were played on “Dr. Phil”. “Make them feel good”, he is heard saying. “I have no comment on any questions”.
