John S. Littell was arrested in 2013 after a Boone County Cyber Crimes Task Force investigation found he had more than 25,000 illicit images on his computer. A large number of photos were of males, some as young as 8 years old.
The investigation began in June 2013 when Littell brought his computer to a repair shop and a technician noticed the illegal photos.
Special conditions of Littell’s probation include that he cannot use a computer and he must submit to a polygraph examination at least once every six months. The first polygraph must be conducted by Jan. 15.
