Man Sent To Prison On Child Sex Abuse Image Charges: NHSP Roundup | #childabuse | #children | #kids


CONCORD, NH — A man from Grantham was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison for possession of child sexual abuse materials, according to New Hampshire State Police.

Ricardo Vera, 38, of Grantham was sentenced on Tuesday in Sullivan County Superior Court to between 11.5 and 23 years in prison as part of a plea deal. He can reduce his sentence by two years upon completing a sex offender program in prison. Vera, a former federal employee working for the Engineer Research and Development Center, which is part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, was found to have been trading and possessing images on Discord, a voice, video, and text service, in January 2020.

Vera was tracked down after a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and an investigation by the NH Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which included troopers from Troop C.

Jason Lee Shedenhelm, 43, of Rochester was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on July 4 on a warrant. Also arrested was Shayleigh D. Demers, 28, of Rochester on an improper person operating a vehicle charge, and Joshua M. Day, 31, of Rochester on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Rafael Souza Pereira Inocencio, 32, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. on July 4 on an operating without a valid license charge and a fail to drive on the right side of the road violation in Hampton.

John Aaron Izak, 41, of Barrington was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on July 4 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident in Barrington.

Josue Manuel German, 20, of Brockton, MA, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on July 4 on a reckless operation charge in Hampton.

Jeffersson Danluiyi Murillo Garcia, 25, of Waltham, MA, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on July 4 on an operating without a valid license charge in Hampton.

Tammy Brogan, 52, of Rochester was arrested at midnight on July 4 on driving after revocation or suspension and prohibitions-driver’s license charges.

Benjamin R. Keenan, 30, of Mason was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on July 4 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge in Mason. He was arrested again on a breach of bail charge in Mason at 6:40 p.m. on July 10.

Shivkumar Patel, 28, of Keene was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on July 10 on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08 or minor over 0.02 charges in Manchester.

Miguel Angel Sanchez, 21, of Merrimack was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on July 7 on speeding, operating without a valid license, and open container charges. He was arrested in Bedford.

Drew, 31, of Manchester was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on July 7 on driving under the influence, driving under the influence-second offense, driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08 or minor over 0.02, and driving under the influence-second offense-adult more than 0.08 or minor over 0.02 charges after an incident in Nashua.

Kelly Denise Harvey, 37, of Concord was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on July 5 on aggravated driving under the influence-passenger under 16, aggravated driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08 or minor over 0.02-passenger under 16, driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08 or minor over 0.02, driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, and following too closely charges in Candia.

Jadakis Alnaldo Lopez-Duran, 22, of Nashua was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on July 4 on driving under the influence and operating without a valid license charges and a bench warrant in Bedford.

Kevin W. Nelson, 45, of Danbury was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on July 9 on domestic violence-criminal threatening and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges after an incident in Danbury.

Nathan Charles Burditt, 34, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 6:01 p.m. on July 9 in Hopkinton.

Hunter Allen Williams, 20, of Concord was arrested at 7:01 a.m. on July 9 on a reckless operation charge in Canterbury.

Brian David Call, 40, of Pittsfield was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on July 8 on a domestic violence-simple assault charges in Concord.

Walter J. Komisarek IV, 33, of Manchester was arrested on criminal mischief and driving after revocation or suspension charges after an incident in Salisbury.
