                A Juniata County substitute teacher is charged with possession and dissemination of child pornography.The attorney general's office said Peyton Harris, 20, of Mifflintown, was a substitute teacher at Juniata and Newport high schools and served as the assistant manager for the Juniata High School track team.Harris hosted a party at his home where he provided alcohol to minors, investigators said.According to a criminal complaint, Harris took photos and videos of minors engaged in sexual activity without their knowledge and shared the photos and videos on social media.Anyone with information about the case or other incidents involving Harris is asked to contact state police at 717-320-1010.
