Several protestors stood outside the Tuscaloosa Federal Building Saturday afternoon in protest of child sex trafficking happening around the country and world.
“Over a million kids gone a year. Unidentified, unaccounted for and to me if that’s not newsworthy, if that’s not something that everybody should talking about, then I really don’t know what is,” said protestor Blake Boyd.
The organization is encouraging residents to be aware of child sex trafficking and do what they can to educate themselves on the issue.
