The three children have been the focus of a search that started after officers responded to a disturbance just before 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 21 in the 1700 block of East Central Texas Expressway in Killeen and “were told two parents kidnapped their three children during a supervised visit,” Killeen police said in a Facebook post.
Authorities think the children and their parents have left the Central Texas area and Killeen police are working with the U.S. Marshals Service in the effort to find them.
Police identified the children as Hunter Gilseth, 11, Dylan Gilseth, 9, and Levi Gilseth, 4.
Arrest warrants have been issued for their parents, Jeffrey Gilseth, 32, and Maria Gilseth, 32, police said.
