New charges for Scottsdale yoga teacher accused exposure, sex with teen

7967023_GThe Scottsdale yoga instructor accused of exposing herself and performing a sex act on a 15-year-old boy at a bar mitzvah is facing new charges in a different court.

Earlier this month, a Maricopa County grand jury declined to indict Lindsey Radomski on criminal charges, saying it did not find sufficient evidence.

Police arrested the 33-year-old Scottsdale yoga instructor in March after she exposed her newly enhanced breast to adults and kids at a bar mitzvah.

Investigators said she later invited seven boys to her room and allowed them to fondle her breasts before performing a sex act on one of them.

Although the grand jury did not find evidence to support felony charges in state court, Radomski now faces arraignment on 18 misdemeanor counts in Scottsdale City Court.

Radomski, who had no record prior to the March incident, has maintained that she has no memory of what happened at the party.

Her attorney says Radomski was given a “date rape” drug that night. He insisted that she is not a child predator and will plead not guilty to those misdemeanor charges.
