Disneyland has announced how 2020 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival attendees can get a refund for their unused Sip and Savor passes more than 11 months after the coronavirus pandemic forced the cancellation of the event and closure of the park.

Disney Food and Wine Festival attendees can request refunds by phone or online for unused Sip and Savor Pass food and beverage tabs, according to the Disneyland website.

DCA, Disneyland and other California theme parks are unlikely to return to full operation until spring or summer under COVID-19 health and safety reopening guidelines issued by the state. The 2020 Food and Wine Festival was cut short by the coronavirus closure of DCA in mid-March.

A new limited-time food event at Disney California Adventure will debut in mid-March — nearly a year to the day after the park temporarily closed amid the COVID-19 outbreak. The still-unnamed ticketed event will feature six festival booths, run five days a week and take place in Cars Land, Pixar Pier, Grizzly Peak, Pacific Wharf and Buena Vista Street, according to Disneyland union officials.
