Disney+

The platform launches on March 24 with hundreds of Disney films and TV series available to watch as well as new and original content created especially for it.

Also included on the streaming service are the Marvel and Star Wars franchises. Fans of the series will be able to watch all of the films from the back catalogues.

This includes the series Star Wars: The Mandalorian which features Baby Yoda, who went viral last year after Disney+ was launched in the US.

Disney fans will have the chance to watch animated classics from Snow White to Frozen, Pixar greats including the Toy Story films, Monsters Inc and Finding Nemo as well as Disney Channel series and original movies.

Once you’re signed up you can stream Disney+ on your phone or smart device, it’s also available on the Sky box or you can download the app onto your Amazon Firestick.

If you get the entertainment package there’s plenty of box sets to get through including last year’s breakout hit Euphoria, Stephen King’s The Outsider, Modern Family, Family Guy and Game of Thrones to name a few.

Meanwhile the Sky Cinema pass is home to some of the latest big releases with Toy Story 4, The Secret Life of Pets 2, The Lion King and Aladdin currently streaming on the service.

Or you can purchase Hayu, the reality TV streaming service home to the likes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the Real Housewives franchise, The Simple Life, Jersey Shore and The Hills.

Virgin Media

Virgin Media is giving its customers the Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network channels for free.

The channels are home to Henry Danger, Just Add Magic, Sam & Cat, Teen Titans Go and Apple & Onion to name a few.

Typically Virgin Media customers would have to add-on these channels and pay extra but for the foreseeable future it looks like families can make the most of the free kid’s channels.
