Brand new restaurant, Carbone’s Pizzeria, is now “open” in Rochester, Minnesota!
If you’ve been up in the Twin Cities for sports with your kids, one of the stops you’ve probably made after a game or match is Carbone’s Pizzeria. Now you can take a little bit shorter drive to enjoy the cheesy deliciousness of Carbone’s Pizzeria because the soft opening is happening now in Rochester, Minnesota.
According to some comments over on the Spotted in Rochester Facebook page, the soft opening is happening now while training continues for staff. The grand opening will occur at some point in February. Once that date is finalized, I’ll post it over on my Facebook page – Jessica On The Radio. Go ahead and give the page a like so you don’t miss it.

In case you missed it, Carbone’s Pizzeria announced a few months ago that they were moving into the old Crooked Pint Ale House at 2723 Commerce Dr NW in Rochester, which is just a few blocks North of Costco.
What about Crooked Pint Ale House, is it ever going to reopen in Rochester?
Good news for anyone craving a burger from Crooked Pint Ale House, the ARE reopening.
