COVID has made all of us stressed, fatigued, frustrated and many of us grouchy. It can be harder to control our emotions when that happens, and some of us find ourselves yelling at our kids more than is good for them or us. Why it’s important to stop yelling at our kids? What are the benefits? What are the risks of yelling too much? Too much yelling and screaming is not good for us, or for them. It might feel good to let off steam in the moment, but we all know that it is not good for kids.
