#parents | #teensvaping | UC Health to host free information fair and panel discussion on teen vaping

UCHealth Longs Peak Hopsital will host a free information fair and panel discussion to educate parents and provide tips on how to handle teed vaping, according to a hospital news release.

The panel will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Jan. 28 at the the hospital, 1750 E. Ken Pratt Blvd, in the third-floor conference rooms. The event will include information and tips from Healthy Futures, Boulder County Public Health, Tobacco Education and Prevention Project, Boulder County, St. Vrain Valley School District Health Services and UCHealth Healthy Hearts.

The event includes an expert panel discussion from 7 to 8 p.m. that will be moderated by Longs Peak Hospital Chief Medical Officer Dr. Mark Schane, who is also a longtime Longmont pediatrician. He will be joined by four other UCHealth experts to cover several aspects of teen vaping, the release said.
