Sexual predator failed to report address change, authorities say

— A man convicted of raping a child younger than 12 in Palm Beach County in 2005 has failed to followed sexual predator law requirements, according to a report released Monday.

Richard William Julius, 34, no address available, was arrested by the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office and charged with failure to report vacating a permanent residence.

The arrest report said authorities visited his residence in Sebring after he failed to show up at a court-ordered therapy session on June 8.

When deputies went to the residence, no one was inside, the report said. A neighbor had not seen Julius in about two weeks, the report said.
