A Sterling Middle School teacher is facing charges after the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly assaulting two students in a classroom.

Jinwoo Noh, 43, of Centreville, is facing two summonses of simple assault and battery, according to the LCSO’s daily incident report released Thursday.

According to the report, Noh allegedly grabbed and pushed a student off their chair in one case, and pulled a chair out from under another student in another incident.

The report says the investigation began after one of the incidents was posted to social media on June 6.

Wayde Byard, public information officer for Loudoun County Public Schools, confirmed on Thursday Noh is on leave at this time.
