Doctors said they found the evidence of rape.
Police detained the brother-in-law of the victim and said there were already two cases against the accused with Kachua police station in connections with arms and drug.
The victim is a student of class XI at a local educational institution.
She told Prothom Alo that on her way to the college on Thursday, her brother-in-law took her to his residence saying her sister fell sick.

When the girl refused him, the brother-in-law beat her and raped her.
The victim was later rushed to the Kachua upazila health complex and then shifted to Chandpur General Hospital.
