Brady Glenn Allen, 30, who teaches digital media at Roy High School, was apprehended Wednesday after he “participated in an extremely sexual discussion” with an officer impersonating a 13-year-old on a popular application, according to a probable cause declaration gotten by the Salt Lake Tribune.
