A Grand Forks teen pleads not guilty to federal charges in the overdose deaths of two people.
18-year-old Kain Schwandt is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver controlled substances resulting in serious bodily injury and death.
Police found powdered Fentanyl at Schwandt’s home when they arrested him last month.
Bailey Henke died on January 3rd in Grand Forks of an overdose on powdered Fentanyl.
Others are indicted in connection to the conspiracy, but have not yet been named.
