ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
Orange County deputies said they are searching for three men who opened fire on a car full of people Sunday night near University High School.
Deputies said the driver stopped near the school because she was lost.
As the driver started to look for directions on her GPS, deputies said she and her two friends were approached by three men in hoodies; one with a gun and laser. The laser was pointed into the car. Several shots were fired, and that’s when the woman was hit.
The woman’s friends were able to take her to the hospital,
where she is listed in stable condition.
Witnesses at Florida Hospital said the hospital was placed on lockdown.
“We were asking, ‘What’s going on?’ And they are like, ‘Something serious happened. We don’t have any details at this time,'” said an unidentified witness.
The two other passengers were not hurt.
